Though I had some communication issues during repairs the project manager was quick to address them. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. My judgement on cost maybe be harsh given the supply chain issues.

My 35-year-old house was showing wear and tear--rotting facias, damage where caulking had cracked and let water seep into my siding and damage from chewing squirrels and raccoons on my chimney. The JASB guys did nice, neat work, and when I had a concern on the chimney flashing, they addressed it to my satisfaction. I definitely recommend them.

The tasks related to the basic job (new Hardie board siding and paint) were executed flawlessly. I am very pleased with the way the house looks. But the little details were not handled with the same level of expertise. Things like reattaching cables, cleaning up, and so on. Also, in my opinion, the job took too long. I know good help is hard to find, but there were several days when no work was done, other days when one crew member would show up, work an hour or two, and leave, To their credit, JASB and Cliff have been very responsive to my complaints and have worked very hard at fixing all of these little things.

We have a 1994 house that has some peeling of the sidings and rotting fascia that needs to be replaced. Audie proposed only change the second floor sidings which has extended damage and seal and repaint the first floor. Compare to other bits that we got, this was much cheaper and still offering us good quality for our exterior walls. The project was stalled by the weather and material shortage for a couple of weeks but Audie kept us updated. And when his crew started working they were efficient and finished the job with minimum disturbance of our home life. Overall good experience, would recommend.

Top quality company. First, they showed up on time and engaged with me on what I wanted and what they recommended. A few days later they sent me a quote and a few days after that they followed up by email. Their quote was the best I saw. After I committed I changed my mind on one detail. They were very willing to make the change I wanted with no argument. There was an issue with one of the contractors doing part of the job wrong. They were not happy and brought in someone else to do it right, at no extra charge. Scott and Audie are old-school professionals that know what they are doing and will treat you right. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Very satisfied customer, and I hardly ever say that.

I researched roof replacement estimates from three different companies and JASB came in with the most comprehensive estimate and warranty. Scott made sure I had all the required information and answered all my questions before the work started. The work was scheduled and Scott kept me informed on delivery times and project status. The installation crew went above and beyond to make sure the work was done as planned even worked during the weekend. Javier and the crew did a fantastic job and took care of everything including clean up. Worked thru Angie’s List with Audie at JASB to schedule work to replace siding and topper on my chimney. As this was a small job, it took a few weeks to get scheduled, but it was definitely worth the wait! Crew was highly skilled and repair work is impeccable. With our new hardy plank siding and galvanized steel topper, this chimney will easily last another 30+ years.
